This 2022 project marked the first attempt at visual integration for a large-scale craft-focused exhibition. The museum and organizers were dedicated to creating a fresh direction, different from past biennales. They chose a title that played on wordplay (in Mandarin) and emphasized “reshaping” as a core concept—reflecting how, in a post-pandemic world, international ceramic artists reconnect and explore shifting worldviews.
The main visual centers on the potter’s wheel—a fundamental circular motion in clay forming—to represent rotation, force, and momentum. This imagery conveys the diverse forms of ceramic creation born from these physical actions.
